FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My accent may be hindering me from advancing in my career.

A thorough evaluation of your diction, grammar, intonation and stress patterns while speaking will determine whether your accent is diminishing or enhancing your effectiveness as a speaker.

Following an assessment, your weak areas will be identified and an action plan will be developed.  Daily practice using digitized feedback may be necessary to help you to discriminate sounds and pronounce them correctly or stress the correct syllables within many syllable words.  You may simply need to slow down and pronounce the ends of words or inflect your sentences downward.
